HP is honored to announce its participation in School Pride, a new NBC school-renovation reality series, focused on transforming K–12 public school systems across the U.S. As the exclusive computer provider for School Pride, HP donated a wide range of education technology for classrooms, libraries, labs and administrative offices that NBC distributed to seven schools that will appear in this series.

The show brings together students, parents, teachers and community members as volunteers to modernize facilities and install technology as part of a rapid rebuilding process. These stories of transformation and restoring pride in communities and their schools will truly inspire you.
 


School Pride, from Horizon Alternative Television, will chronicle the transformation of the following schools throughout its first season:
•    Enterprise Middle School – Compton, CA
•    Los Angeles Center for Enriched Studies – Los Angeles, CA.
•    Lanier Elementary School – Baton Rouge, LA
•    Kingston Springs Elementary School – Kingston Springs, TN.
•    Communication and Media Arts High School – Detroit, MI
•    Needles High School – Needles, CA
•    Hollenbeck Middle School – Los Angeles,CA

HP provided a wide range of education technology for classrooms, labs and libraries at each of the seven schools appearing on the show – including schools dealing with flood damage, drastic state and local budget cuts, and declining economies.
