Digital Learning Environments 2009 Event Archives

We hope you were able to attend one of the Digital Learning Environments events for 2009, but even if you couldn’t, here are links to all of the event archives.

HP, Intel, and their partners  joined forces with Tech & Learning to bring you the new 2009 Digital Learning Environment events. This unique interactive forum was a one-day event held throughout the United States.

Each Digital Learning Environment event was an immersion experience that provided K-12 decision-makers with state-of-the-art technology solutions delivered in hands-on lab environments. Divided by curriculum area, the lab environments were part of this unique forum where attendees were students for the day to experience authentic and compelling standards-based learning.

Attendees learned how technology-rich learning environments can enrich students’ learning experiences and help them achieve.

Classroom Sessions | Technologies

Science
Attendees experienced first hand the technologies that make physics, chemistry, biology, and other science classes more interactive and collaborative.

Math
Attendees were immersed in technologies that engage students and help them learn and apply new skills and concepts in mathematics

Language Arts/Literacy
Attendees discovered how to enhance student achievement and encourage critical thinking by integrating multi-media educational tools and technologies into literacy curriculum.


Professional Development
Attendees prepare faculty to integrate technology and curriculum successfully into collaborative, student-centered learning environments.
