Parking
Digital Learning Event - Washington DC Metro attendees are entitled to complimentary self parking.  Park in Lot C located directly across from the West Building.  If Lot C is full, park in Lot A, and take the shuttle bus to the West Building (shuttle loops every 10 minutes). If Lot A is full, please park in Lot B located directly behind Lot A.  Shuttle bus will pick up from shelter shacks in both lots A & B.  The walk from Lot A/B to the West Building is approximately 5-7 minutes.  Upon arrival at the West Building, there will be signage to guide you to the Digital Learning Event registration area.

Hotel Reservation Information
The Digital Learning Event – Washington DC Metro/Northern VA will take place at the The National Conference Center in Lansdowne, VA on Wednesday, April 14, 2010.

We have a limited number of hotel rooms (meals included) set aside at preferred rates.  Please download, complete and submit the completed reservation form via email to reservations@conferencecenter.com.  This will reserve your room in the “Digital Learning” room block at the special rate of $200.00 (plus applicable taxes) per night.

Cut-off date is March 31, 2010. (Be sure to note cancellation policy as detailed on the form.)  For reservation questions, please call 703-724-6170.
